I'm tall, but not freakishly so. I have issues finding clothing that fits. I am a 36" inseam with a 16" neck, 36"-ish sleeve. I can't afford to go custom. Where can I go other than BR and JCrew?

At $130, Epaulet is above the J. Crew price point, but they cut their mediums at 16/35.5 and are much, much nicer.
