1. hey man. so i recently got hired at jcrew and pretty much have to get used to their style guides and shit. the biggest problem I'm having is finding some footwear that won't piss off my managers. this gonna be my first transition from the comfort of the sneaker world to actual grown men shoes so i'm hoping you can give some recommendations on shit i could start with that won't be too expensive. price range 150-300. appreciate any help given man. thanks.
