1. timelessclothes: Michael Bastian Fall/Winter 2010/2011. I think i have a weakness for bow ties. I absolutely adore this. I bet Bastian would have liked to have this one back.  I’m going to start calling him “JoePa” for allowing this travesty to take place under his watch. Dude’s got the Matrix running down his legs, but I’m not even mad at that—it’s that waistcoat.  Why?  Isn’t there enough going on here?  Did he really think that it would provide that extra “umph” that those pants, socks and bow tie could not provide?

  2. Stay away from too much gray

    Unless you want to dress like one of the twins from the Matrix Reloaded this Halloween, disregard what the Gilt Manual says about matching gray shirts with gray ties.
